I’ve been trying to contact creativefabrica since 22 june with several e-mails. But to this day I still have no response.
It can sometimes that a week or two to get a response. As a subscriber I had never an issue with their customer service.

1. The chat support is fake. It is a machine that repeatedly tells you to submit an email.
2. Emails are never answered.
I am calling my bank now to do a chargeback on the $59 membership that I just paid. A bonus is that whenever you do a chargeback to a fraudulent company like this, they lose your money AND their merchant bank charges them $25 for the chargeback. Perfect.
Oh, and to add insult to injury, #creativefabrica is causing a lot of mystery downloads to my computer. I was downloading images for breast cancer, and now my download folder is full of mystery downloads for cartoon baby elephants?
I hate #creativefabrica after only two weeks. Calling my bank now.

Regarding customer service, it’s worth noting that we are currently in a time where a significant portion of customer communications is handled by bots. As a YouTuber, I have never received a response from YouTube regarding the issues I have on my channel. When trying to reach out to Facebook, I found that there is almost no customer service available. Unfortunately, this is the reality.
